Now b4 U guys fret yr already overloaded brains over the 5 w's regarding these pics..lemme help U ou t.
March 21st:
Sitting in the cafe with our groupies, I impulsively asked everyone if they were upto sum tafreeh for 23rd. Obviously agreeing, we decided to put up a games section in the KC basant festival.
March 22nd:
Dont we need games for the booth??
True to our word of being bad organizers, we had a few hours and no games.
Sumhow...we got things str8 and even got free gift hampers from national Foods and Book Ocean :-D
March 23rd:
we were an hour late...our booth had no carpets, no tables ..nada!
thanx to mumsie the KC Committee noticed our plight and set up our stall, the banners we made ourselves and the other stuff.
Then from 4:00 TO 8:30 Pm..we were slaving over hoardes of kids who either wanted to gamble or get their face painted.
Did i mention that a kid whose face i painted won 'face of the day prize' *grins*
And we got the professional MASCOT face painters outta businesss! *Smooth*
Wrapped things up at 8:30 when daneyal declared *FOUR THOUSAND*... brutally shutting up our concience that screamed " bachoun ko loota" and $$ signs twinkling in our eyes!
and wat did we do with the loot...

A calss without girls
I think in the 50 years history of IBA,it has been the first class of MBA that has no girsl.Why do I say that??well thats what the rest of city campus is gonna say about us as it was evident from the beach picnic this weekend.Not even the boys of bba 6,to which the same bus as ours was assigned, came to sit with us wat to talk about the girls.
I think its a point we should all seriously think and do something about.

Class Profile [MBA 2006] By Marium Arif !
The class where being a back-bencher is being Cool, Where the only
missing factor is our mind!
Where the diversity of hometowns and background spices up the
atmosphere, ranging from Engineers from NED, Fast, GIK and SSUET,
Business Graduates from CBM, universities of Singapore, Australia
and Ontario, and even drop outs from Lums!
Thats MBA Exec 2004-06 for you.
U'll spot the students snoring during class, socializing with the
crowd after classes and frantic during the papers. After every
hourly, You can see them Thanking God for N-1 and taking an Oath to
start studying seriously from now onwards but by the time the papers
come again, DejaVu!
The first semester was a blast, starting from the immediate bonding
between students when they were locked out of their first Business
Communications class, then the lunch at Pizza hut, and ofcourse the
first hourlies.
People found out about our class' grooving skills at the Jal
concert, while the rest discovered the musicians and singers of our
class at the BBQ dinner at my place and ofcourse later at the
Farewell party.
While some people are showing amazing skills at mainting a 3.8 GPA,
others are flourishing at partying, some at collecting money quite
efficiently for class get-togethers and some at loving Mufta'z!!
In the passage of one semester, all of us have made friends, found
close companions and excelled at understanding not just ourselves
but also all those around us, and for there remaining 3 semesters at
IBA, we hope to maintain our relations and our GPA's!
Missing the people who arent in our class anymore, and holding onto
the others.
